Our Story
Freestone was born out of a personal journey. Like many families, we experienced the overwhelm of finding safe, supportive living for our own loved ones. We knew the process could be better—more compassionate, more transparent, more empowering.
We built Freestone Senior Connect to combine the heart of hands-on support with the tools and expertise families need to make smart, confident decisions.
