A simple way to support families without becoming the advisor
Welcome to Freestone Senior Connect.
If you’re here, you’re probably interested in learning how our Community Referral Network works.
We help families make one of the biggest decisions of their lives — whether to stay safely in their home or transition to senior living.
As aging-in-place specialists, we assess home safety and guide modifications when needed.
We also help families evaluate senior living communities based on their care needs and long-term budget, using our Whisper financial projection tool to map out the next 10–15 years.
Over time, we realized there are people in the community who regularly see families wrestling with these decisions, but don’t always have a trusted, structured resource to connect them to.
That’s why we created the Freestone Community Referral Network.
